Are your products made in Australia?
Products crafted by 3 Ugly Ducklings are Australian — from concept to creation. We are very proud of Australia's reputation for quality and we source any ingredients or supplies from Australian businesses too.

We know that informed decisions require transparency — if an item we stock happens to be manufactured outside of Australia, we will let you know in the description.

What currency is used online?
Our Australian based website ships to Australia and internationally. We sell with the AUD currency.

What payment methods are accepted?

- Credit Card
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express

- PayPal
Add your bank account, credit or debit card to your PayPal account to pay securely for purchases without having to input credit card details for every transaction. You will be temporarily directed to PayPal to sign in, then redirected back to the 3 Ugly Ducklings website upon completion.

- Shop Pay
An accelerated checkout allowing you to save your email address, credit card details, shipping and billing addresses for a fast and efficient checkout. A code will be sent as a text message to your mobile to finalise payment.

- Google Pay
Google's secure payment gateway that allows you to pay for purchases using saved details to avoid inputting credit card details for every transaction.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We ship from Australia and offer tracked shipping. Please note that currently we do not include any Duty and Tax fees — any fees due are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I change my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. 

Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order. In particular, we recommend double checking your email and delivery address.

As per our terms and conditions, we do reserve the right to cancel an order any time up until it is dispatched and a tracking confirmation email is sent. 

Do you offer returns for change of mind?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. Should you have any queries about our products, please ask us prior to purchase via hello@3uglyducklings.com or +61 474 196 713.

In an eggshell, we do not offer returns for change of mind — this is because an important piece of our ethos is to minimise our carbon footprint where possible — change-of-mind returns mean that one order is shipped multiple times by road or air!


What if my item is faulty or I receive an item I didn't order?

We're very sorry if an item you received is not in perfect condition, or one that you didn't order! Please email us and we can resolve this for you as soon as possible.

We will meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation which may include replacing the item if the stock is available or providing a refund upon receipt of the item back at Pee Dee Cottage.
