All orders placed on our Australian website are sent from Pee Dee Cottage, which is located in regional Australia. We offer Fixed $20.00 Shipping for all Australian orders. International shipping costs vary depending on the destination.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
All orders placed before 3pm Sydney time are dispatched the next business day. We do not offer same day delivery.
Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder, or email us.
Deliveries are sent during standard business hours Monday to Friday, purchases made on weekends and public holiday will be processed the next business day.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details via email.
Please note: We dispatch from Bellbrook NSW — a regional location — which can impact delivery timeframes. During busy periods or within five (5) days of a new collection launch or sale there may be delays with order processing and dispatch.
HOW FAST IS SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA?
Below is a guideline of delivery times after dispatch. Shipping estimates are based on metro destinations, for orders sent to regional and rural locations, please allow additional time for shipping. Please also remember that Pee Dee Cottage — where all orders are shipped from — is a rural location in NSW.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer one service for international deliveries, outlined below. The timeframe provided is an estimate only, and will vary depending on the destination. We recommend referring to the carrier's website for the most up to date information in relation to your country. Presently any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer (DDU).
Please note: Australia Post's service will be handed over to your local postal service once it arrives in your country. All international orders require a phone number for delivery and cannot be delivered to a PO Box or Hotel.

Please note: we are also unable to ship to hotels internationally, so please use a private address only.
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS / IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES?
For customers shipping to international destinations (outside of Australia) you may be required to pay customs and import taxes as your orders are presently shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).
3 Ugly Ducklings is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
